Three Cheers: Faith in people restored

My faith in the people of our community has been made stronger.

First by the honest young people employed at Juice It Up in Yuba City. Thank you for returning my wife's lost wallet. Your honesty and integrity is very much appreciated.

And to the Marysville Police Department, specifically the watch commander Tuesday evening, Nov. 10. Officer Dustin Brown, I thank you so very much for taking the time to help. Your concern was obviously genuine. And your advice well given and received. The time you spent may very well make the difference in the path taken.

With people like these in our community, how can we go wrong? It is hard not to be cynical in these tough times. But today, my faith in the people of our community is stronger than ever before. And I am proud to call the "Twin Cities" my home.
