Felony Arrests

Donald A. Smith, 39, of the 1100 block of La Colina Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 28 at his home on suspicion of receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and committing a new felony while on bail from a prior charge. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
