Felony Arrests

Jorell T. Stalion, 18, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 1100 block of Market Street on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Francisco Acosta, 32, of the 1900 block of Township Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:58 p.m. Dec. 31 on Jewell Avenue. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Wanda L. Kisella, 46, of the 2700 block of Eureka Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:49 p.m. Dec. 31 on Fifth and Olive streets. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gabriel A. Jarzombek, 64, of the 1000 block of Rideout Way, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:11 a.m. Jan. 1 at Sixth and Yuba streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Jonathan J. Owens, 20, of the 1500 block of Seventh Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:10 a.m. Jan. 1 on Olivehurst Avenue. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Kevin S. Markham, 22, of Susanville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:41 p.m. Dec. 30 on Yuba Street. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Randall E. Kibbe, 54, of the 1100 block of Sampson Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 31 at Seventh and High streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
