Police Blotter: April 4, 2008

Police blotter listings are compiled from reports filed with area law enforcement and public safety agencies.

FELONY ARRESTS

• Charles Dwayne Hammonds, 48, of the 1600 block of 9th Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:25 p.m. April 2 at the Yuba Sutter California Highway Patrol Office on suspicion of unlawfully taking a vehicle and buying, receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Nina Elaine Rudnitski, 39, of the 9600 block of Yuba Ranch Way, Oregon House, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:09 p.m. April 2 at the 2000 block of Feather River Boulevard, Olivehurst, on suspicion of possession of a narcotic. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Marco Ernesto Hernandez, 30, of the 300 block of Del Norte Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:40 a.m. April 2 in the 4300 block of George Washington Boulevard on suspicion of possession of counterfeit bills and burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Gina Lavette Redd, 42, of the 1800 block of McCune Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:55 p.m. April 1 in the 1300 block of Franklin Road on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Rudolph Patrick Saenz, 21, of Santa Clara, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:55 a.m. April 2 on northbound Interstate 5 at the Glenn County border, north of Delevan, on suspicion of possessing marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Stacy Lyn Chilcote, 35, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 12:20 a.m. April 1 on Gridley Colusa Road, west of the Butte County border, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and driving under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence Arrests

• Michael Stephen Visonhaler, 52, of the 700 block of Oak Street, Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:50 p.m. April 2 on Dodge Road west of Highway 45, Princeton. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Debra Ellen McCann, 52, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:22 a.m. April 2 on old Highway 99W. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
