DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jason Robert Spiegel, 33, of the 100 block of McCurry St., Wheatland, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 11:12 p.m. July 17 on Spruce Avenue. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Dale William Shaw, 20, of the 800 block of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:05 a.m. July 17 at South Township and Bogue roads, Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• James Sherwood Williams, 54, of Grass Valley, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:25 p.m. July 16 at Stafford Way and Colusa Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Joseph Anthony Ryczaj, 23, of Roseville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:32 p.m. July 15 at Powerline and Sankey roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

FELONY ARRESTS

• Raymond Edgar Caulthon Jr., 46, of he 1400 block of Lisa Way, East Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:20 p.m. July 17 at the department on suspicion of possession of a gun and ammunition by a felon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Felix Chavez, 30, of the 5500 block of South Gledhill Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5:31 p.m. July 17 at the department on a Marysville Police Department warrant for making a false bomb report.

• Michael Lynn Caesar, 41, of the 2000 block of Morgan Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:25 p.m. July 16 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Alejandro Martinez, 32, of the 800 block of Spiva Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. July 16 at Rideout Memoria Hospital, Marysville, on suspicion of illegal entry into the U.S. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Efrain Valencia-Vargas, 48, of Linda, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 p.m. July 16 at Target, 1153 Butte House Road, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Erick Montez Swartz, 25, of Modesto, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5 a.m. July 16 at Highway 99 and Messick Road on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
