FELONY ARRESTS

• Linda Ann Chandler, 48, of the 2100 block of South Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:50 p.m. Aug. 29 at 1100 block of North Beale Road, Linda, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Brian Andrew William Benton Willits, 20, of the 1100 block of G Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:02 p.m. Aug. 30 his residence on suspicion of battery with serious bodily injury. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ryan Anthony Rancatone, 22, of San Francisco, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:10 a.m. Aug. 30 at Third and E streets, Marysville, on suspicion of possession of a narcotic. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Brandon Poston, 19, of the first block of Chestnut Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:01 p.m. Aug. 29 at Fifth and Western Avenue on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Gurpreet Singh, 31, of Conga Park, and Pardeep Singh, 21, of the 1100 block of Leonard Court, Yuba City, were arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:45 p.m. at the 200 block of Fifth Street, Marysville, on suspicion of grand theft and criminal conspiracy. They were booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Sumeet Bhardwaj, 25, of the 1500 block of Hayne Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2 a.m. Aug. 31 at his residents on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime and shooting into an inhabited dwelling from a vehicle. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jedidiah Jose Salazar, 19, of the 300 block of Harding Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 a.m. at Hayne Avenue and Walton Avenue on suspicion of shooting into an inhabited dwelling from a vehicle and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Charlie Isabel Rivera, 18, of the 1200 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 29 at her residence on suspicion of participation in a criminal street gang, promoting a criminal street gang, possession of a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Tracy Irene McCormick, 31, of Loomis, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8 p.m. Aug. 29 at Sankey Road and Natomas Road, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transportation of a controlled substance. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Eluid Landa Chavez, 33, of the 1500 block of 14th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:42 p.m. Aug. 30 at Highway 65 and McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kenneth Jerome Gervais, 45, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:17 p.m. Aug. 29 at Highway 65 and McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Blas Caloca-Tapia, 33, of the 1700 block of Linda Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:12 p.m. Aug. 29 at Hammonton-Smartville Road and North Beale Road, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kelley Louise Sundquist, 41, of Roseville was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:58 p.m. Aug. 30 at Highway 99 and Oak Street. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
