Police Blotter: Sept. 4, 2008

FELONY ARRESTS

• Samuel Newton Rackley, 42, of the 5800 block of Montclair Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:35 a.m. Sept. 2 at Alpine and Shasta ways, East Linda, on suspicion of evading officers and selling marijuana. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Peter Mase Koozer, 54, of the 7300 block of Scott Forbes Road, Browns Valley, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3:29 p.m. Sept. 2 at the department on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse and battery causing serious bodily injury. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Francisco Javier Carrasco, 22, of the 1600 block of Tracy Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 2 at his residence on suspicion of criminal street gang participation and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Antonio Topete, 24, of the 1600 block of Tracy Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 2 at his residence on suspicion of criminal street gang participation, possession of an assault weapon and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Santokh Singh Dosanjh, 73, of the 1500 block of Torry Pine Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 2 at his residence on suspicion of burglary and sexual battery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Anthony Edward Hearns, 31, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:55 a.m Sept. 2 at the department on suspicion of burglary and theft at Target, 1153 Butte House Road.

• Martin Christian Ehrke, 39, of the 6000 block of Hillgate Road, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 1:05 p.m. Sept. 2 on Hillgate Road west of Hale Avenue, west of Arbuckle, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and violating parole. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
