FELONY ARRESTS

• Daniel Dee Enos, 39, of Shasta Lake City, was arrested by the CHP at 3 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 700 block of H Street, Marysville, on suspicion of receiving stolen property and unlawfully taking a vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Chris Everett Pope, 47, of the 2200 block of Hamstead Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:40 Sept. 21 at his residence on suspicion of child cruelty. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Ralph Thomas Stormer, 42, of the 5600 block of Franklin Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:30 a.m. at George Washington Boulevard and Lincoln Road on suspicion of possession of a firearm and attempted grand theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Robert Lee Fisher, 37, of Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:30 a.m. in the 10200 block of O Street on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• David Mora Garcia, 38, of the first block of Michigan Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:25 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 300 block of Bernard Drive on suspicion of threats to commit a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jimmy Dale Chance, 51, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:38 a.m. Sept. 20 in the 500 block of Washington Avenue on suspicion of possession of a narcotic. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Erica Ann Ramirez, 18, of the 1400 block of Crest Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 1500 block of Heather Drive on suspicion of vehicle theft and receiving stolen property. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Alejandro Vargas, 26, of the 1700 block of Phillips Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at noon Sept. 20 in the 300 block of Bird Street on suspicion of possession of a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Gerald Milton Keller, 44, of the 1400 block of Princess Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:13 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 1000 block of North Beale Road, Linda. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Bobbert Steven Cook, 26, of the 5800 block of Riverside Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by the CHP at 12:21 a.m. Sept. 20 at North Beale Road and Feather River Boulevard, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Larry Linden Gibbs, 46, of the 1900 block of Beverly Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:16 a.m. Sept. 20 at Olivehurst Avenue and Seventh Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Tammy Dee Winebarger, 41, of Grass Valley, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:55 p.m. Sept. 19 at Marysville Road and Rice's Crossing Road, Oregon House. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jordan Kyle Langlitz, 22, of the 10000 block of Spring Valley Road, Browns Valley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:05 a.m. Sept. 20 at Marysville and Peoria roads. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Domingo LuJano Jimenez, 26, of the 1500 block of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:53 p.m. at North Beale Road and Lindhurst Avenue, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jeffrey Allen Bates, 28, of the 1800 block of Eighth Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by Yuba City police at 2:47 a.m. at the 600 block of Oji Way, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
