FELONY ARRESTS

• Isaac Mathew Fry, 21, of the 1700 block of Covillaud Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 8:11 p.m. Sept. 30 at East 17th and Del Pero streets on suspicion of illegal weapon possession. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Christopher Wright Minter, 38, of the 1700 block of Ellis Lake Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:47 a.m. Sept. 30 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Erin Michelle Norris, 26, of the 1700 block of Third Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 8:43 a.m. Sept. 29 at Rideout Memorial Hospital on suspicion of impersonating another. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Rafael Ceyala Vences, 20, of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:16 p.m. Sept. 30 at the department on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• James Everett Johnson, 36, of the 5800 block of Rupert Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:20 a.m. Oct. 1 on Colusa Avenue on suspicion of illegal weapon possession. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Noureen Akhtar, 24, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 30 at Sam's Club, 900 N. Walton Ave., on suspicion of burglary, grand theft and embezzlement. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Donald Allen Snyder, 48, of the 2300 block of Madrone Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:59 p.m. Sept. 29 at Madrone Street and Sutter Avenue, Sutter, on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Martin Arias Gonzalez, 35, of the 6000 block of Harrington Road, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Office at 5:09 p.m. Sept. 30 at his residence on suspicion of oral copulation with a minor. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• James Michael Veillon, 29, of Carmichael, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 30 at B and Ninth streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kathleen Mary Brennan, 49, of Grass Valley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 30 at Highway and East 22nd Street. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jose Elias Bernal, 26, of the 1600 block of East Onstott Frontage Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:05 a.m. Oct. 1 at Shay Way and Queens Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Michael Joe Scruby, 46, of Oroville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:55 p.m. Sept. 30 at Louise and Gray avenues. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Joshua Todd Fonley, 27, of the 1600 block of Edwards Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 p.m. Sept. 30 at Bunce and Richland roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
