DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Carolyn Jean Bailey, 18, of the 1300 block of Westcott Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:53 a.m. Oct. 7 at Jay and Fourth streets, Colusa. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Nicholas Ottilie Wallace, 20, of El Dorado Hills, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:21 a.m. Oct. 6 on Interstate 5, south of Maxwell Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
