FELONY ARRESTS

• Albert Reed Mackay, 38, of the 3000 block of Industrial Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:35 a.m. Oct. 31 at Third and G streets on suspicion of receiving a stolen vehicle and driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Laura Martina Castellon, 38, of the 4300 block of Evelyn Drive, Yuba County, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:05 a.m. Oct. 31 at 11th and Western avenues on suspicion of driving under the influence, fourth offense. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• David William Woods, 19, of the 5200 block of Aspen Way, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:20 a.m. Oct. 30 at the department on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ki Bok Kim, 55, of the 10200 block of Major Road, Sutter County, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:20 p.m. Oct. 20 at his residence on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Stephen Morris McGee, 57, of the 1500 block of Villa Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested at 3 p.m. Oct. 30 at his residence on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Juan Munoz Alvarado, 53, of the 2200 block of Palm Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:44 p.m. Oct. 30 at Market and 11th streets on Colusa County warrant alleging corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Emilio Navarro Velazquez, 47, of the 1000 block of 10th Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:03 p.m. Oct. 30 in the 1000 block of D Street on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Francisco Javier Velazquez, 38, of the 1300 block of Oak Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:03 p.m. Oct. 30 in the 1000 block of D Street on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Matthew Robert Chapman, 22, of Roseville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 31 at Fifth and J streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Thomas John Ferrie, 48, of Elk Grove, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:25 a.m. Nov. 1 at Highway 99 at Riego Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jorge Gerardo Gonzalez-Crespo, 39, of the 3900 block of Wheatland Road, Wheatland, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 2nd Street and E Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Barbara Ann Landis, 51, of the 1900 block of Harris Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:35 a.m. Oct. 31 at Riverfront Park. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
