FELONY ARRESTS
• Christina Marie Ramsey, 23, and Patrick Douglas Ramsey, 22, both of the 6000 block of College Drive, Yuba County, were arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:50 p.m. Nov. 3 at their residence on suspicion of criminal threats. They were booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Etoya Jeraia Garrett, 25, of the 1300 block of Dustin Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 4 at Monroe Road and Tulio Street on suspicion of fraud to obtain aid. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• James Edwin Belden III, 21, of the 10300 block of Larkin Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:38 p.m. Nov. 4 at Pennington Road and P Street, Live Oak, on suspicion of possession of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Brian David Bristow, 30, of the 700 block of Shasta Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:50 p.m. Nov. 4 at his residence on suspicion of fraud to obtain aid, perjury and burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Matthew Lee Turner, 33, of the 1200 block of Kenny Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at his residence on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Tammara Dana Featherstone, 18, of the 5700 block of Lindhurst Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:55 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 900 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction, burglary and conspiracy. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Zachary David Ponfret, 26, of the 400 block of Oak Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:45 a.m. Nov. 14 at Plumas and Del Norte streets on suspicion of possession of a gun and ammunition by a felon and resisting arrest. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
• David Guzman Navarro, 22, of the 200 block of Little Avenue, Gridley, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:20 p.m. Nov. 4 at Sanborn and Bogue roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Deidre Renne Ingram, 40, of Chico, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4:30 a.m. Nov. 4 at Highway 99 and Paseo Road. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
