DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Julio Cesar Melara, 28, of the 1000 block of Kensington Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:21 p.m. Nov. 13 on Gray Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

FELONY ARRESTS

• Kevin Allen Rogers, 44, of the 2200 block of Boulton Way, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3:59 p.m. Nov. 13 in Yuba County on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Waylon Edward Grant Jr., 21, of Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:40 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Hollywood Trailer Park on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Brent Edward Walters, 47, of the 1500 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:16 p.m. Nov. 13 in Yuba County on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jose Luis Vigil, 21, of the 600 block of 13th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a weapon on school grounds. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• John Thomas Collins, 50, of the 900 block of 14th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3 p.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of grand theft of vegetables or fruit. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Amya Mikael Malloy, 59, of the 6000 block of Gossett Way, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10 a.m. Nov. 13 at Malloy's residence on suspicion of unauthorized use of an ID card. Malloy was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Espiridion Licea Lopez, 33, of the 1500 block of Lariat Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:31 a.m. Nov. 13 at the department on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and child cruelty. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Anthony Shawn McCoy, 19, of the 1100 block of Pease Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 200 block of Arden Avenue, Yuba City on suspicion of illegal weapon possession, possession of marijuana for sale and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Raymond Alexander Montgomery, 30, of the 3300 block of Alicia Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:38 p.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Daljit Singh Sahota, 38, of the 1100 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:10 p.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

The following bookings were made Thursday in connection with Operation Showdown, a three-month NET-5 investigation culminating in a 14-agency raid.

• Ronald Billy Williams, 34, of the 2200 block of Cecilia Way, East Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:38 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 1800 block of Ellis Lake Drive on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ricardo Perez Chavez, 33, of the 6100 block of Dunning Avenue, East Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:20 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 6000 block of Tyler Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• William Anthony Murphy, 54, of the 1900 block of Birch Court, East Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:50 a.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of tranportation or sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Travis Ray Minick, 28, of the 300 block of Dorman Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:23 a.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Nicole Marie Gonzalez, 25, of the 6000 block of Tyler Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 10:11 a.m. Nov. 13 at her residence on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• William Lloyd Harbour, 57, and Kimberly Christine Harbour, 36, both of the 1600 block of Sixth Street, Marysville, were arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8 a.m. Nov. 13 at their residence on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. They were booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Mary Elizabeth Nava, 47, of the 1900 block of 14th Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 13 at her residence on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Robert Harold Boyd, 57, of the 3800 block of Brougham Way, Arboga, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:45 a.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance at keeping a place for the sale of a controlled substance. • Kelley Elizabeth Maynard, 46, of the 5000 block of Canal Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 13 at her residence on suspicion of illegal weapon possession. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Steven Thomas, 49, of the 5000 block of Canal Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a gun by a felon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Juan Picazo Tolentino, 20, of the 1000 block of Garden Highway, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 1:50 p.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transporting methamphetamine. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Teresa Lopez Mendez, 37, of the 100 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 200 block of Moore Avenue on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
