Police Blotter: Nov. 16, 2008

FELONY ARRESTS

• Gina Marie Waller, 48, of the 700 block of Main Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:53 p.m. Nov. 14 at Target on suspicion of petty theft after a prior conviction. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Wendy Marie Tew, 19, of the 1500 block of Heather Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4 p.m. Nov. 14 at Home Depot on suspicion of grand theft and embezzlement. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Brittney Mae Weeks, 19, of the 1900 block of Fernwood Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriffs Department at 4:12 p.m. Nov. 14 at the department on suspicion of burglary and petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Matthew Carl Wilson, 35, of the 2200 block of Gold River Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 15 at Shanghai Bend Road and Gold River Drive. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Pritpal Singh Samra, 26, of the 2700 block of Kristen Street, Live Oak was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriffs Department at 11:06 p.m. Nov. 14 at the 1600 block of Seagull Drive. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Peter Ryan Johannsen, 28, of the 1100 block of Speckert Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:02 p.m. Nov. 14 at Stewart Road and Railroad Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Amy Lee Stout, 20, of Oroville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:58 a.m. Nov. 15 at Linda Avenue and Hammonton-Smartsville Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Sarah Eve Johnson, 21, of Rancho Cordova, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:43 a.m. Nov. 15 at the 600 block of F Street. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Donald James Smith, 48, of the 4000 block of Rose Avenue, Olivehurst was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:22 p.m. Nov. 14 at Rose Avenue at McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
