FELONY ARRESTS

• Christopher Allen Wilcoxson, 35, of the 6200 block of Dunning Avenue, East Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:30 a.m. Nov. 18 at Dunning and Sunset avenues on suspicion of possession of narcotics. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Elizabeth Marie Taylor, 19, and Vicente Lopez, 26, both of the 1900 block of North Beale Road, Linda, were arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:47 a.m. Nov. 17 at their residence on suspicion of cruelty to a child. They were booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Daniel Porter Woodward, 21, of the 1500 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2:20 p.m. Nov. 17 at Packard Avenue and Hammonton Road on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Richard Michael Townsend, 31, of the 2600 block of Highway 20, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 2600 block of Highway 20 on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving known stolen property and committing a felony while released by a court. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Phillip Andrew Storey, 36, of the 600 block of Hughes Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 17 at his residence on suspicion of possession of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Michael Anthony Herrera, 26, of the 100 block of Bogue Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. Nov. 17 at Teesdale Road and Southwind Drive on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Gilbert Anthony Montelongo Jr., 28, of the 10200 block of Stephanie Drive, Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:49 p.m. Nov. 18 at Highway 99 and Powerline Road, Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Darryl Lynn Kauffman, 50, of Rancho Cordova, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:13 p.m. Nov. 17 on Vine Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Reonaldo Hernandez, 37, of El Dorado, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:56 p.m. Nov. 17 on southbound Interstate 5, south of Maxwell. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
