Police Blotter: March 31, 2009

FELONY ARRESTS

• Kevin Jeffrey Macy, 32, of the 600 block of Taber Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1 a.m. March 29 at Queens and Gray avenues on suspicion of battery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Murray Allan Kay, 45, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:30 March 28 on Garden Avenue, Olivehurst, on suspicion of sexual battery and false imprisonment. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Travis Mitchell Reynaga, 21, of Rosemont, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:25 a.m. March 29 in the 5900 block of O'Banion Road on suspicion of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Samantha Ann Curtis, 25, of the 1200 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City police at 4:15 p.m. March 29 in the 1700 block of Franklin Road on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse and cruelty to a child. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• David Michael Ramirez, 18, of the 1900 block of Bradley Estates Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Probation Department at 2 p.m. March 29 on suspicion of battery causing serious bodily injury, criminal street gang participation, and failing to obey a Juvenile Court order. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Charles Blake Morris, 26, of Lincoln, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:23 p.m. March 29 at Marysville Road and Highway 20 on suspicion of possession of concentrated marijuana and selling marijuana. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Mohammed Amer Khan, 26, of the 8300 block of Bailey Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:25 a.m. March 29 on Shasta Street north of Bridge Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Placido Jimenez, 22, of the 100 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:30 a.m. March 29 in the 100 block of Percy Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• McArthur Ngoc Hoang, 30, of the 400 block of D Street, Marysville, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. March 29 by the CHP on northbound Highway 70 north of Feather River Boulevard. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Minh Ngoc The Hoang, 32, of the 6000 block of Tyler Avenue in Marysville,, was arrested by the CHP at 1:15 a.m. March 29 on northbound Highway 70 north of Feather River Boulevard. He was taken to Yuba County Jail.

• Arnold Wayne Schanuth, 22, of the 1800 block of 11th Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by Yuba City police at 12:41 a.m. March 30 at Jamie Drive and West Onstott Frontage Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Leobardo Serrano-Millan, 21, of the 100 block of Garden Highway, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:10 p.m. March 29 at Shasta and B streets. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Alberto Villalva, 38, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the CHP at George Washington Boulevard and Bogue Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Noe Abel Beltran, 25, of the 5500 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the CHP at 10:26 p.m. March 29 at Third and C Streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
