FELONY ARRESTS
• Michael Lewis Suarez, 23, of the 2700 block of Pennington Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4 p.m. May 5 at the department on suspicion of battery causing serious bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Burton Harold Duvall, 41, of the 4100 block of Butte House Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:10 p.m. May 5 at his residence on suspicion of burglary and petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Tecumseh Tiashan Magee, 35, of the 600 block of Queens Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:35 p.m. May 4 at his residence on suspicion of punishing or injuring a child. He was booked into Sutter County Jail,
• James Lloyd Lewis, 25, of the 5300 block of Sawtelle Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9 p.m. May 4 at his residence on an Oroville Police Department warrant alleging possession of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Kristy Nicole Molina, 18, of the 600 block of Sixth Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:15 p.m. May 5 in the 2000 block of Third Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
• Jose Luis Cortez-Loera, 55, of the 5600 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:31 p.m. May 5 at Janet Avenue and Arboga Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Christopher Rixon Calvo, 41, of the 1600 block of Wildflower Circle, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:01 p.m. May 5 at Richland Road and Highway 99. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Jose Ignacio Rigo Torres, 39, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:55 p.m. May 4 at Highway 99 and Riego Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
