FELONY ARRESTS

• Timothy Ray Hargis, 34, of the 5900 block of Poplar Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6 a.m. June 23 at Feather River Boulevard and Alicia Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jesse Robert Acuff, 31, of the 3900 block of Shimer Road, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 10 a.m. June 23 at his residence on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition by an ex-felon and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Cheryl Anne Dickson, 53, of the 1200 block of Nadene Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1 p.m. June 23 at her residence on suspicion of illegal gun possession. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ronnie Williams Jr., 34, of the 1900 block of Hall Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:30 p.m. June 23 in the 900 block of Blue Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Cheryl Marie Williams, 55, of the 1900 block of Hall Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:30 p.m. June 23 in the 900 block of Blue Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Martin Glenn Russ, 44, of the 1400 block of Valley View Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:15 p.m. June 23 at Wilkie Way and Clark Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transporting methamphetamine. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Dawn Marie Mendea, 45, of the 1600 block of Tamarack Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:15 p.m. June 23 at the Palisade Hotel, 965 Gray Ave., on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into Sutter County Jail,

• Daniel Wayne French, 21, of the 200 block of Moore Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:17 p.m. June 23 in the 600 block of Lincoln Road on suspicion of hit and run driving with injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Juan Ortiz, 33, of the 1100 block of East 17th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:06 a.m. June 23 at the Sutter County Courthouse on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Richard Harold Hatfield, 48, of the 1200 block of Kenny Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10 p.m. June 22 in the 1900 block of Buchanan Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Christopher James Williams, 18, of the 2700 block of Cedar Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:30 a.m. June 24 at Movies 12. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
