FELONY ARRESTS

• Christoper Lee Wenner, 38, of Woodland, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9 p.m. July 1 at the Woodland Police Department on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Lowell Brian Davis, 48, of the 900 block of Malick Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:40 p.m. July 1 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Shirley Shirelle Atkins, 19, of the 1100 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:30 p.m. July 1 at her residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Shaan Anthony Folmer, 25, of the 2600 block of Pennington Road, Live Oak, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. July 1 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Elisa Chavez-Chavez, 35, of the 2300 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1 p.m. July 1 at Sears, 1235 Colusa Ave., on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Christopher Charles Mayfield, 23, of the 8100 block of 49er Circle, Smartsville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff Department at 4 p.m. June 30 at Hammonton-Smartville Road and Trevor Drive on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Shayleen Renea Hall, 22, of the 6000 block of Alberta Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9 p.m. June 30 in the 10000 block of Marysville Road on suspicion of obstructing an officer. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Steven Ellett Parks, 39, of the 3700 block of Flamingo Street, Plumas Lake, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:30 p.m. June 30 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• David Allen Shawn Azevedo, 25, of the 800 block of Wilkie Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 a.m. July 1 at Gray and Colusa avenues on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Roberto Rivas-Millan, 24, of the 10200 block of Larkin Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:05 a.m. June 30 at his residence on suspicion of spousal abuse and cruelty to a child. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Michael Anntoine Magee, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:11 a.m. July 1 at Lincoln Road and Garden Highway on suspicion of receiving known stolen property and petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jonathan Terance James Lim, 39, of the 500 block of King Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Department of Corrections at 9:30 p.m. June 30 at the State Parole Office on suspicion of possession of a gun and ammunition by a convicted felon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• James Leroy Miles, 29, of the 1200 block of East 22nd Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:11 p.m. June 30 at his residence on suspicion of criminal threats. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Susan Luetta Cox, 47, of the 1000 block of Manor Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:05 p.m. July 1 at Wal-Mart, 1131 N. Beale Road, on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• David Michael King, 31, of the 5600 block of Salmon Drive, East Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:30 a.m. July 1 at Highway 70 and McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Sarah Sue Northcutt, 30, of the 1900 block of Hammonton Road, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:50 a.m. July 1 in the 1400 block of Dodson Way. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
