FELONY ARRESTS

• Gary Lee Chittenden, 58, of Oroville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:56 a.m. July 13 at Simpson Lane and Ramirez Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Raquel Garcia, 27, of the 1700 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:10 p.m. July 13 at the department on suspicion of grand theft and forgery. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jedadiah Josiah Bickham, of the 1700 block of Ellis Lake Drive, Marysville, and Travis James Armstrong, 19, of Beale Air Force Base, were arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6 p.m. July 13 on the base on suspicion of burglary, receiving stolen property, credit card forgery and conspiracy. They were booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Michael Keith Cooper, 35, of the 1700 block of Clayton Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. July 13 in the 700 block of Cooper Avenue on suspicion of unlawful intercourse, lewd and lascivious conduct, oral copulation, sodomy, continuous sexual abuse and incest, all with a child. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Luciano Sanchez Garcia, 26, of the 2700 block of Supp Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:25 p.m. July 12 at Tharp Road and Poole Boulevard on suspicion of illegally entering the U.S. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Dilbagh Singh Thiara, 31, of the 1200 block of Kenny Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 a.m. July 12 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, battery causing serious bodily injury, and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Richard Carlos Hernandez, 25, of the 100 block of Dorman Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 5:16 p.m. July 10 in the 100 block of East Webster Street on suspicion of theft with a credit card, more than $200. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Donovan Lawrence Downing, 22, of the 1100 block of East 17th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11 a.m. July 13 at Fourth and H streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ethan Phillip-Skang Cornell, 20, of the 1000 block of Fairview Drive, Gridley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:15 p.m. July 12 at Plumas Lane and Green Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Guillermo Silva, 34, of the 5600 block of Tish Circle, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:57 p.m. July 12 at Feather River Boulevard and North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Abel Ramirez-Cervantes, 29, of Berry Street, Rio Oso, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:40 p.m. July 12 at Howsley and Pleasant Grove roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Ryan Thomas Cunningham, 26, of the 1800 block of Locust Street, Gridley, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:45 p.m. July 12 at Live Oak Boulevard and Lynn Way. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Nicholas Lee King, 22, of the 1000 block of Jay Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 3 a.m. July 13 in the 700 block of Mallard Drive, Williams. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Miguel Angel Montano, 47, of the 600 block of Ninth Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11 p.m. July 12 on Main Street, Arbuckle. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Norbert Guenther Michnowski, 59, of the 600 block of Waterfowl Street, Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:10 p.m. July 11 on northbound Interstate 5. He was booked into Colusa Count Jail.

• Howard Melvin Correa, 33, of the 1200 block of Hall Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:12 a.m. July 11 on southbound Interstate 5. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Alena Joan Anberg, 26, of the 6000 block of Marine Avenue, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:13 a.m. July 11 at Wilson and Hunter Road. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
