FELONY ARRESTS
• James Donald Carman, 56, of the 8600 block of Timbuctoo Road, Smartsville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10 a.m. Sept. 1 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Steven Wayne Whatley, 52, of the 1500 block of Brandstatt Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 1 at his residence on suspicion of dissuading a victim or witness from testifying. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Arnold Thomas Dieckmann III, 27, of the 800 block of Orange Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:25 p.m. Sept. 1 at Ainsley and Gray avenues on suspicion of possession of ammunition by an ex-felon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Matthew Lee Cupit, 18, of the 700 block of Cooper Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 1200 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Sabrina Marie Mederos, 25, of the 1900 block of Williams Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 p.m. Sept. 1 at Manzanita Way and Park View Avenue on suspicion of driving a car without the owner's consent, receiving known stolen property and possession of controlled substance. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Casey Leigh Zamiroli, 23, and Kristian David Zamiroli, 28, both of the 1100 block of Keifer Street, Marysville, were arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:55 a.m. Aug. 31 in the 1600 block of Barry Road on suspicion of burglary. They were booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
• Michelle Lillian Marie Russo, 19, of Cameron Park, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:25 p.m. Aug. 31 at Highway 65 and Forty Mile Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Surinder Singh, 49, of the 3600 block of South Township Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 31 at South Township and Bogue roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
