Police Blotter: Sept. 13, 2009

FELONY ARRESTS

• Derek Evan Tolley, 22, of McKinleyville, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4 a.m. Saturday at Butte and Acacia avenues on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jorge Negrete Flores, 46, of the 1200 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 7:20 p.m. Friday at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Kenneth Vincent Hicks, 19, of the 1600 block of Daphne Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 8:15 p.m. Friday at Walmart on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jacqueline Alene Feise, 44, of the 1500 block of Hayne Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Andrew Rose Hockenberry, 25, of the 5500 block of Cottonwood Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 4:27 p.m. Friday at the department on suspicion of elder abuse. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Richard Louis Munoz, 33, of the 1900 block of 18th Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 12:04 p.m. Friday at Eight and D streets on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Chantal Christian Parker, 38, and Bobbie Marie Galloway, 24, of the 5900 block of Park Avenue, Linda, were arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:15 a.m. Friday at their residence on suspicion of transportation or sale of a controlled substance. They were booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jesse Lee Stafford, 33, of the 1400 block of Ramirez Road, Marysville, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 4:05 p.m. Friday at Second and C Streets. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
