Police Blotter: Sept. 18, 2009

FELONY ARRESTS

• Tamara Marie Duran, 28, of the 2500 block of Allen Street, Live Oak, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department on the 2500 block of Allen Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse. She was taken to Sutter County Jail.

• Dale Melquiades Throm, 32, of the 1100 block of Jones Bar Trail, Plumas Lake, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday by the CHP in the Wal-Mart parking lot on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana for sale. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ronald Edward Barnes, 42, of the 1800 block of Park Circle, Linda, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department on the 1800 block of Park Circle on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jack C. Irby, 21, of the 700 block of Orange Street, Yuba City, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Orange Street by Sutter County Probation Department on suspicion of resisting an officer performing his duty. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jacob Curtis Gaede, 32, of Oroville, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday on 16th Street at B Street in Marysville by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Brad David Lighter, 29, of the 2700 block of Muir Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:06 p.m. Sept. 15 at Highway 20 and Humphrey Road, Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Marisol Aguilar Martinez, 23, of the 300 block of Fourth Street, Biggs, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:20 p.m. Sept. 15 at Franklin Avenue and Highway 99. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
