FELONY ARRESTS

• Felisitas Lopez, 37, of the 600 block of Ramirez Road, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:39 p.m. Oct. 1 at Walmart, 1131 N. Beale Road, on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. Lopez was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Raul Rodolfo Lopez, 20, of the 1900 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:53 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 1900 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and participation in a criminal street gang. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Danny Kirk Fields Jr., 25, of the 1400 block of George Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at the Budget Inn, 230 E Street, on suspicion of evading an officer and driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jacob Michael Vanzandt, 27, of the 1900 block of 10th Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:20 a.m. Oct. 1 in the 1900 block of 10th Avenue, Olivehurst, on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Paula Jo Glover, 49, of the 1200 block of East 22nd Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 9:10 a.m. Oct. 1 at her residence on suspicion of possession of narcotics and a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• James Walter Giusti, 40, of the 1900 block of Columbia Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 a.m. Oct. 1 on suspicion of possession of ammunition by an ex-felon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Michael Brian Kennedy, 22, of the 2200 block of South George Washington Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:17 p.m. Oct. 1 at Ramirez and 10th streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Rhiannon Amber McDaniel, 27, of the 900 block of Fraser Court, Wheatland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:09 a.m. Oct. 1 at Powerline Road and 11th Street, Yuba County. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Travis Clayton Banks, 26, of Sandy, Ore., was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:08 p.m. Oct. 1 at Pleasant Grove and Catlett roads, Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
