FELONY ARRESTS

• Gustavo Ortiz Silva, 18, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:30 p.m. Oct. 8 in the 400 block of Miles Avenue on suspicion of criminal street gang participation. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Alfredo Vasquez Lopez, 30, of the 800 block of Bandy Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:25 p.m. Oct. 8 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse and criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Alfredo Daniel Salazar, 29, of the 300 block of 14th Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at 9 p.m. at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Christina Leann Preston, 32, of Biggs, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at 11 p.m. Oct. 8 in the 100 block of Oak Street, Colusa, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transporting a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Brian Moritz Schyder, 32, of the 100 block of Oak Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at 9 p.m. at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Heather Marie Richards, 26, of Ukiah, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:08 p.m. Oct. 5 on Highway 20, west of Leesville Road on suspicion of marijuana possession. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Robert Roy Stepp, 35, of the 1400 block of Westcott Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at 6 p.m. Oct. 6 at his residence on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Harry Raymond Brown, 42, of the 3000 block of River Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Task Force at 10:40 a.m. Oct. 5 at his residence on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and cultivating marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jaime Garcia Ferreyra, 20, of the 1700 block of Maplehurst Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:17 p.m. Oct. 8 at Powerline Road and Sixth Street, Yuba County. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Andrea Rosemary Alvarez, 22, of the 400 block of Woodbridge Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:55 a.m. Oct. 9 at Northgate Drive and Live Oak Boulevard. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Ramiro Rios Perez, 22, of the 100 block of Virginia Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:56 p.m. Oct. 8 at Twelfth and First Streets, Williams. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Jorge Esteban Ramirez, 19, of the 6000 block of Boles Road, Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:15 a.m. Oct. 8 on Mission and Thompson streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Katrina Marie Heiss, 51, of Carlin, Nev., was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:42 p.m. Oct. 7 on Highway 20, east of Interstate 5. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Erin Henry Johnson, 44, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:20 p.m. on northbound Interstate 5, south of Maxwell-Colusa Road. He was booked into Colsua County Jail.

• Alysssa Cori Folden, 26, of Alamo, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 2:51 a.m. Oct. 4 on southbound Interstate 5 at the E Street exit. She was booked into Colsua County Jail.

• Raymond John Delgado, 43, of the 1000 block of Fremont Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 8:33 p.m. Oct. 1 at Fremont Street, west of Tenth Street, Colusa. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
