FELONY ARRESTS
• Ralph Arthur Stone, 52, of the 1100 block of Lytle Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 11 at the department on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Heriberto Lamas Pinedo, 48, of the first block of Michigan Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 11 at Highway 99 and Pease Road on suspicion of illegally entering the U.S. and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Oscar Vaca, 25, of the 300 block of John Tee Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 11 at Jodi and Pebble Beach drives on suspicion of possession of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Ramon Antonio Torres, 23, of the 300 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 11 at Jodi and Pebble Beach drives on suspicion of possession of narcotics and a gun by an ex-felon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Linda Diane Shepherd, 50, of the 1300 block of Dustin Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 11 at her residence on suspicion of fraud to obtain aid and perjury. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
• Adam Louis Venuti, 28, of Salinas, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:45 p.m Oct. 11 at Texas Hill and Dixon Hill roads, Yuba County. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Michael Joseph Reynoso, 29, of the 17100 block of New York House Road, Brownsville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:20 a.m. Oct. 12 in the 1300 block of Hobart Drive. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Vanessa Renee Garnica, 23, of the 1100 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:54 p.m. Oct. 11 at Bridge and Boyd streets. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
