FELONY ARRESTS

• Omar Chavez Cortez, 27, of the 1500 block of Ellis Lake Drive, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 6:01 p.m. Friday at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and causing damage to a telephone or power line. He was booked into Yuba County jail.

• Dauta La Ray Mosley, 38, of Hobart Drive, Marysville, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 4:53 p.m. Friday at Hammonton-Smartsville Road and Rupert Avenue on suspicion of evading a police officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Raymond Edward Charles Hays, 32, of the 400 block of South Walton Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Rhonda Sue Helfrich, 44, of the 4300 block of Lever Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Sutter County District Attorney's office at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Sutter County courthouse on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Harbhajans Singh Sanghera, 60, of the 2800 block of Eureka Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 3:53 p.m. Friday at his residence on suspicion of making threats of crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Geneva Ann Knoefler, 34, of the 700 block of Louise Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 2:30 p.m. Friday at her residence on suspicion of vandalism. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Diana Lou Salazar, 41, of the 2300 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 8:30 p.m. Friday at Sears on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Samantha Jean Sales, 22, of San Lorenzo, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:15 a.m. Saturday at Sixth and B streets. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Michael William Dalton Jr., 21, of the 1400 block of Butterfly Lane, Plumas Lake, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 2:07 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Ninth Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Billie Dale Jodean Talley, 20, of the 1300 block of Southwind Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 3:35 a.m. Saturday at Highway 20 and Clark Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Gurmit Singh Grewal, 46, of the 1100 block of Tulio Street, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2 a.m. Saturday on Pease Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Quinita Denise Williams, 32, of the 600 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Live Oak Boulevard and King Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Michael Kevin Johnson, 25, of the 1100 block of Randolph Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:45 p.m. Friday at Butte House Road and Hooper Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
