FELONY ARRESTS

• Kwon Elmer Keyes, 28, of the 1100 block of Whyler Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:43 a.m. Oct. 25 in the 200 block of Fairman Street on suspicion of possessing narcotics and cocaine base. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Richard Phillip Owens Sr., 26, of the 500 block of Allen Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:10 p.m. Oct. 24 at his residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Diana Lee McCurdy, 48, of the 1400 block of Paseo Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:20 p.m. Oct. 24 at Kmart, 850 Gray Ave., on suspicion of embezzlement, burglary and receiving stolen property. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Daniel Lee Martin Jr., 37, of the 1100 block of Buttermilk Court, Plumas Lake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:28 a.m. Oct. 25 at Casa Dulce Way and Wilcox Ranch Road, Plumas Lake. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jimmy Joe Yepez, 24, of the 1700 block of Fifth Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 25 at River Oaks and Plumas Lake boulevards, Plumas Lake. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Margaret Irene Ubias, 23, of the 1800 block of Linda Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 24 on Highway 65 at the Forty Mile Road exit, south Yuba County. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Antonio Porcayo, 33, of the 1300 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 3:45 a.m. Oct. 25 at Riego Road and Highway 99, south Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Kelly Dawn Uriostegui, 29, of the 500 block of Madrone Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:54 a.m. Oct. 25 at Live Oak Boulevard and Queens Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jacob Colin Wright, 26, of the 1400 block of Bridge Street, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1 a.m. Oct. 25 at his residence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
