FELONY ARRESTS

• Karen Denise Nelson, of the 4600 block of Ardmore Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:47 p.m Nov. 5 at the department on suspicion of transportation for sale of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Stephen Lal, 31, of the 1800 block of Redhaven Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 5 at his residence on suspicion of evading an officer in connection with a misdemeanor offense. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Gwendolyn Marie Anthony, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 at the department on suspicion of possession of narcotics. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Eric Eugene Einer-Neal, 41, of Vina, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:02 p.m. Nov. 5 at Highway 99 and Wilson Road, Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
