FELONY ARRESTS

• Samuel Joseph Hodge, 19, of Loomis, was arrested by the Colusa County Narcotics Enforcement Task Force at 9:15 p.m. Nov. 9 on southbound Interstate 5, north of Hahn Road, on suspicion of cultivating and transporting marijuana. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Laura Jean Sewell, 46, of the 600 block of Cooper Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:33 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 1400 block of Butte House Road. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Simon Gabriel Fentress, 36, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:50 p.m. Nov. 8 on southbound Interstate 5 at Maxwell Road. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Carlos Alberto Franco, 31, of the first block of Florimond, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:06 p.m. at Third and Sioc Streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
