FELONY ARRESTS

• Dwayne Collins Tilson Jr., 25, of Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 12 in the 1800 block of Ellis Lake Drive on suspicion of possession of a concealed weapon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Francisco Topete, 36, of the 3200 block of South Walton Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:09 a.m. Nov. 11 in the 2200 block of Butte House Road on suspicion of possession and transportation of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Brandy Childress, 22, of the 500 block of Reeves Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:20 a.m. Nov. 11 at her residence on suspicion of receiving known stolen property and identity theft. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Alex Daniel Nevills, 20, of the 500 block of Hickory Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 12 at Second and C streets. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
