FELONY ARRESTS

• Cesar Pedro Ordaz, 32, of the 1900 block of Villa Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 3:30 a.m. Nov. 14 at the Plumas Street post office on suspicion of participating in a criminal street gang and carrying a loaded firearm while being a gang member. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Kasie Lyn Kizzia, 20, of the 1100 block of Grand Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Nov. 13 at Rosewood and Gray avenues on suspicion of vandalism. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Robert Matthew Wilkey, 41, of the 2100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 11:45 p.m. Nov. 13 at his residence on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, false imprisonment and annoying or molesting a victim under 18. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Julio Cesar Lozada, 23, of the 200 block of Del Monte Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:51 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 100 block of Wilbur Avenue on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Aljosha Alessandro David, 24, of the 2600 block of Pear Street, Live Oak, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 1:49 p.m. Nov. 13 at Sixth and Willow streets on suspicion of robbery and elder abuse. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• James Andrew Mason Foster, 25, of the 1800 block of Park Circle, Linda, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10 p.m. Nov. 13 at Feather River Boulevard and Alicia Avenue on suspicion of possession of a weapon.

• Stephen Michel Barney, 31, of the 1300 block of Divver Street, Marysville, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 13200 block of Yuba-Nevada Road on suspicion of being a felon or addict in possession of a firearm. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Tanzie Jacquelin Flocchini, 46, of the 200 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:34 p.m. Nov. 13 at Highway 99 and Eager Road. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Denise Nichole Stowes, 31, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:25 a.m. Nov. 14 at Fifth and J streets. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Miguel Angel Castro Zuniga, 33, of the 4200 block of Mary Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by Wheatland Police Department at 5:14 p.m. Nov. 13 at Highway 65 and Third Street on suspicion of driving under the influence that caused injury. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Mary Lynne Dianisan, 53, of the 2400 block of Jefferson Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:16 p.m. Nov. 13 at Highway 70 and Feather River Boulevard. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
