FELONY ARRESTS

• Charlie Elmer Miller, 64, of the 12200 block of Dolan Harding Road, Browns Valley, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:20 p.m. Nov. 16 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Cheryl Ann Duckworth, 53, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8:48 a.m. Nov. 16 at the department. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Bruce Edward Hunter, 54, of the 300 block of East 19th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:01 a.m. Nov. 17 at Queens Avenue and Stewart Way. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Elijio Avila-Sandoval, 44, of George Washington Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 16 at George Washington Boulevard and Bogue Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Jesus Juarez, 48, of the 1300 block of Lafayette Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:55 p.m. Nov. 16 at Market and 13th streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
