Police Blotter: Nov. 19, 2009

FELONY ARRESTS

• Sysouvanh Anoy Panyanouvong, 28, of the 1200 block of Plumas Lake Boulevard, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:52 a.m. Nov. 17 at Rupert Avenue and Pond View Drive on suspicion of transportation for sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Bouphanah Phienemanh, 29, of Orland, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:52 a.m. Nov. 17 at Rupert Avenue and Pond View Drive on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Daljinder Singh, 52, of Greenwood, Ind., was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 17 on Butte House Road on suspicion of criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jerry Delon Richey, 46, of the 1000 block of Hedge Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 17 at the department on an Orange County warrant alleging possession of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Brent Lee Lawrence, 18, of the 700 block of Chestnut Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at Walmart, 1150 Harter Parkway, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Steven Lee Baxter, 24, of the 1900 block of Cherry Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:15 p.m. Nov. 17 at his residence on suspicion of desertion from the U.S. Marine Corps. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
