FELONY ARRESTS

• Tony Lee Hernandez, 21, of the 1000 block of Broadway Road, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:55 p.m. Nov. 19 at his residence on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and vandalism. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Ben Allen Kibbe, 38, of the 1800 block of Hile AVenue, East Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2:04 a.m. Nov. 19 at his residence on suspicion of robbery. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Randy James Budro, 56, of the 11700 block of Loma Rica Road, Loma Rica, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 3:23 p.m. Nov. 18 at Pleasant Grove and Keyes roads on suspicion of growing marijuana. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Quintin Daniel McGrath, 53, of the 1500 block of Camino De Flores, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 18 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
