Police Blotter: Nov. 21, 2009

FELONY ARRESTS

• Jason Robin Webster, 30, of the 500 block of Eighth Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:30 a.m. Nov. 20 at his residence on suspicion of cruelty to a child. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Manuel Gaussoin, 21, of the 600 block of Sutter Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:59 a.m. Nov. 20 in the 300 block of Aylor Avenue on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Melissa Margie Chavez, 25, of the 1200 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10 p.m. Nov. 19 at FoodMaxx, 1323 Colusa Ave., on suspicion of conspiracy and petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Sherry Marie Rhoads, 36, of the 5600 block of Riverside Drive, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:47 p.m. Nov. 19 at the department on suspicion of burglary, perjury and false vehicle registration. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Joshua James Piotrowski, 27, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 19 at High Desert State Prison on suspicion of burglary, receiving known stolen property and grand theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• David E. Douglas, 58, of the first block of Third Street, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5 :25 p.m. Nov. 19 on Arboga Road, Yuba County. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
