DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Charles Clarence Messick, 74, of the 2300 block of Walnut Avenue, Yuba County, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:40 p.m. Nov. 22 at Walnut Avenue and Highway 20. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Cozette Ann Spangler, 51, of the 1200 block of Gavin Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:46 a.m. Nov. 23 at East 22nd and Bubb streets. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Alejandrao Cuevas Sandoval, 38, of the 1300 block of Oswald Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 23 at Bogue Road and Railroad Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Paula Stone Calahan, 62, of Corte Madera, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3 p.m. Nov. 22 at Highway 99 and Hutchinson Road. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
