Police Blotter: Nov. 29, 2009

FELONY ARRESTS

• Paul Edward Beesley, 50, of Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 7:35 p.m. Friday in the river bottoms off Lynn Way on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and making threats to commit crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• James Keith Choate, 20, of the 500 block of Yolo Street, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Yolo Street on suspicion of evading a police officer with disregard for safety. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Ray Richard Miller, 22, of the 700 block of East 22nd Street, Marysville, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 9:39 p.m. Friday at Ramirez and East 16th streets on suspicion of possession of nunchaku. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Cody Dwayne York, 23, of the 2500 block of Kola Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:05 a.m. Saturday at Live Oak Boulevard and Pease Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Pal Surinder, 50, of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 12:10 a.m. Saturday at Lincoln and Jones roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jeremy Robert Garner, 21, of the 8800 block of North Butte Road, Live Oak, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 1:10 a.m. Saturday at the Sam's Club parking lot. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Doloris Gail Teague, 57, of the 8400 block of Santos Dumont Way, Brownsville, was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 12:14 a.m. Saturday at Marysville Road east of Collins Lake. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
