Leo A. Quigley
Leo A. Quigley, 73, of Marysville died Feb. 10, 2006, at the University of California, Davis, Medical Center in Sacramento.
Born in Winnett, Mont., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident since 1962.
He was an air conditioning installer for Frank M. Booth Co. for 10 years.
He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Local 228, Yuba City.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel S. Quigley of Marysville; a son, Martin Quigley of Marysville; two brothers, Joe Quigley of Martinez and Danny Quigley of Billings, Mont.; four sisters, Doris Pallett of Lewiston, Mont., Pauline Short of Three Forks, Mont., Joyce Massing of Harlow, Mont., and Bernice Lombardy of Timmons, Canada; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Steven Quigley.
Services: Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lipp and Sullivan Chapel in Marysville. A Mass of Christian burial is scheduled at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Seventh and C streets, Marysville, preceded by a rosary at 10:30 a.m., with Rev. Robert Copsey will officiate. Burial will be in Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst.
