Letter: Romney can fix economy

The "ill wind" from Nevada City expressed the opinion that the economy is recovering and that Mitt Romney and the Republicans keep downplaying this fact. First, this letter would be really laughable if the situation were not so grim. The question I asked the writer is: Have you seen the latest earnings reports?

The markets are ruled by fear. Many economists say another economic bubble is about to burst. From the Whisper Report, we can see the NASDAQ composites, earnings expectations, and the analysts outlook all give dismal reports.

We cannot have another four years of a "debt-seeking" administration. Romney has demonstrated his acumen to govern, both as a governor and by saving the Olympics. He also helped to create hundreds of thousands of jobs in the private sector, Staples being a prime example.

Compare this to someone who has created more debt than all previous presidents and one whose only experience was to be a "community organizer," for organizations such as the infamous ACORN.

Every community needs to vote overwhelmingly for Mitt Romney for president and fiscal conservatives for Congress. We must save our country.
