Pet of the Week: Ruby loves people
Our pet of the week, Ruby, is a friendly red and white pit bull mix, about 1 year old. Ruby is an extremely sweet and gentle dog. She loves people, other dogs, and children. Ruby would make a wonderful addition to any family.

The shelter is very crowded with cats and dogs. We will have an adoption event with a lot of shelter puppies this Saturday.
Cali, the 21⁄2-year-old pit bull mix, Peaches, the 1-year-old pit bull mix, and Ash, the 2-year-old domestic shorthair cat, are still in foster care with ResQpaws. Clover, the domestic medium hair cat, is still at the Yuba City PetSmart. They're all spayed females looking for homes. All other pets of the week have found homes.
