• Hobbies, interests: I like to go fishing in the rivers and lakes around the area. We also hike and camp at Harmony Ridge (near Nevada City).

• Where do you get your news? Appeal-Democrat and television

• How long have you been in the Yuba-Sutter area? Nearly all my life

• Favorite musical group: Kid Rock

• What are some of your fondest childhood memories? Going camping and spending time with my brothers and sister outdoors

• If you were in charge, what would you change about the community? I would make more things for the kids to do. I'd build places that are safe, where they can go and hang out and stay out of trouble.

• Favorite movie: Anything with Adam Sandler

• What is your worst fear? Not being able to take care of my kids
