Felony Arrests

Eugene Tyrone Patterson, 33, of the 5000 block of Canal Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 11:04 a.m. Sept. 14 at Second and Chestnut streets on suspicion of buying or receiving a known stolen vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence Arrests

Jacques Leonal Bruce, 30, of the 4600 block of Powerline Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 1:16 a.m. Sept. 15 on North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Todd Douglas Vance, 22, of the 2100 block of Summerfield Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by Wheatland Police Department at 1:40 a.m. Sept. 15 in Olivehurst. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Debra Green Halch, 54, of Kailua, Hawaii, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 12:07 a.m. Sept. 17 at E and Fifth streets. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Franklin Bee Voyles III, 34, of the 3200 block of Jewett Avenue, Linda, was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 7:42 p.m. Sept. 14 at Simpson Dantoni Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Miguel Soria-Rodriguez, 43, of Oroville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:07 p.m. Sept. 14 at Elm and Sixth streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
