Rodney Kay Shadd, 47, of Marysville died Jan. 1, 2006, at a residence in Sacramento.
Born in Marysville, he was a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident.
He was an automobile mechanic.
Survivors include six daughters, Christina Kay, Kayla Shadd and Andrea Shadd, all of Citrus Heights, Jessica Shadd and Roxanne Shadd, both of Roseville, and Daniella Shadd of Colorado Springs, Colo.; his mother, Wanda Shadd of Marysville; a brother, Roger Shadd of Yuba City; and seven grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Services: A service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sierra View Mortuary, 4900 Olive Ave., Olivehurst. Inurnment will be at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst.
