50th Anniversary: Smith

Yuba City residents Robert G. and Patricia Smith, the former Patricia Bartholow, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 18 with family and friends.
Their celebration also included a round-trip cruise from Los Angeles to Hawaii in April.
The couple met in Colorado Springs, Colo., while he was serving in the U.S. Army and were married Nov. 21, 1959, in Reno, Nev. They have been Yuba-Sutter residents for 32 years.
Both are retired from Bank of America.
He graduated from Escalon High School in Escalon and Modesto Junior College, and she graduated from Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Co.
Their family includes daughter Robyn Hallmark of Yuba City and four grandchildren.
