How did you get started in the business? My dad started it in 1947. He would take me along when he was showing property; we were picked up by airplane, helicopter. I thought it was always really fun.

Hobbies, interests: I golf a lot, watch the San Francisco 49ers with friends.

Who would you like to play golf with in a foursome? Tiger Woods — I met him when I was young — Jack Nicklaus and Natalie Gulbis, Ladies Professional Golf Association pro from Lincoln.

Where do you get your news? Appeal-Democrat and Channel 3 news.

What brought you to the Yuba-Sutter area? Born here.

Where would you like to live someday? San Francisco or San Diego.

What is the closest you've been to a famous person? Jerry Rice, Steve Young and other players on a 49ers trip. We (friends and I) won a golf tournament fundraiser at Half Moon Bay and the prize was attending any 49er game we chose. We went to New England — We were on the same plane as the 49ers, stayed at the same hotel, rode on the bus from the airport with the team and walked onto the New England Patriots field, in Foxborough, Mass.

What would you do with a million dollars? Invest it into real estate.

What is your dream real estate purchase? A house on Pebble Beach.

Where is a dream vacation site? Cape Town, South Africa. I've always wanted to go there.

Who has had a strong influence in your life? My father and my mother.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A professional football player.

What is your dream job? Golf professional.

Do you belong to any clubs or organizations in the community? US Golfers Association.

What is one of your fondest memories? Trips to Disneyland.
