Letter: Hillcrest residents just getting stuck

Why should the residents of Hillcrest area get stuck with raising our water bill more to pay for the city’s mistake? This should be on the city.

Don’t you think the residents here are already getting stuck with a water bill when we’re already buying thousands of gallons of water everyday? This is the city’s problem. How sad the city has to have to make someone else pay for their mistakes.
