Mildred Marie Jeffords, 84, of Sacramento died Jan. 1, 2006, at Sutter General Hospital in Sacramento.
Born in Livingston County, Ky., she formerly lived in Yuba City for 21 years.
She retired from the dietary food service.
Survivors include two daughters, Clara Brown of Yuba City and Colleen Clay of Sacramento; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Jeffords; a daughter, Cynthia Kingren; and seven brothers.
Services: A graveside service is scheduled at 1 p.m. Friday at Sutter Cemetery, 7200 Butte Ave., Sutter. Rev. Rosemary Landry of Grace United Methodist Church will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City.
