SYO stages fall membership meet

The Sutter Youth Organization’s annual fall general membership meeting is at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Munger Hall, at the corner of Butte House Road and Acacia Avenue in Sutter.

The agenda includes swimming pool changes and new programs, the 2013 budget and fundraising activities.

The public is invited to attend to volunteer for future activities or propose new programs. Call Marnee Crowhurst at 755-0445 or any board member for more information

Hallwood

Breakfast features special pancakes

This month’s Sunday breakfast hosted by the Hallwood Women’s Club features Mickey Mouse waffles for children and waffles for adults.

The fundraiser is from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday at the clubhouse, 2629 Highway 20, Hallwood.

Prices are from $3.50 to $7.

Baked goods are also for sale during the breakfast.

Yuba City

Fidelia hosts fundraiser

Fidelia Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star is hosting a fundraiser dinner to benefit Geweke’s Caring for Women Foundation and Pink October.

Served from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Yuba City Masonic Center, 501 Second St., the dinner features ham, roasted potatoes, green beans, a beverage and a pink cupcake.

The cost is $8.
