Felony Arrests
Rafael Heridia Duenas, 18, of the 1000 block of Larkin Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:46 a.m. Nov. 19 in the 10200 block of Highway 99, on suspicion of participating in a criminal street gang, promoting a criminal street gang, possession of a controlled substance, and carrying a loaded firearm in public. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Cody Roy Camper, 25, of the 10200 block of Larkin Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11 p.m. Nov. 16 at Center Street and First on suspicion of threatening crime or bodily injury, obstructing or resisting arrest, and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Robert John Brown Jr., 32, of the 600 block of Chestnut Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:09 p.m. Nov. 17 at his home, on suspicion of carrying a dirk or dagger. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Ephraim Shalom Ladson, 25, homeless, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:52 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 1100 block of Butte House Road, on suspicion of burglary and attempted robbery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Manuel Alexiz Tellez-Colorado, 18, of the 100 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 18 in the 200 block of Moore Avenue, on suspicion of illegal entry and the use of false citizenship documents. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jonathan Shardik Moreno, 29, of the 100 block of Hazel Street, Gridley, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:35 p.m. Nov. 18 on Palora Avenue, on suspicion of possessing narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Heather Diane BelCastro, 33, of the 500 block of Clint Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:50 p.m. Nov. 18 in the 2200 block of Pepper Street, Sutter, on suspicion of possessing narcotics. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
